Pressed onto fabrics using heat, vinyl transfer prints offer a variety of colours and textures unachievable through traditional screen-printing technology.
With a far superior durability than screen-printing, vinyl transfer printing allows a more cost-effective option for smaller lower end runs. As there is no filmwork or screens required to produce each print, this enables you to prototype new designs or create one off garments.

There are two different types of vinyl, flex vinyl which has a smooth un-textured finish, and flock vinyl, which has a rougher velvet like fabric texture.
The price is calculated by the amount of material used and how complex the design is. An A4 sizes print would be between $15 -$20 where a small print could be as cheap as $2.50.
If you are able to supply the artwork as a line art or vector based file, there is no set-up cost at all.
Colours:
There is an increasingly growing choice of colours available. We offer reflective and high visibility colours, metallic silver and gold, as well as a matt or gloss finish. These colours give a high opacity on most garment colours and allow you the freedom to experiment.

Printing suggestions:
Cotton, polyester, or mixtures of these two are highly recommended as these open fibres hold the print better and longer, giving you results that can last for years.
Other smooth fabrics, e.g. Leather, can be used but fabrics like nylon cannot.Vinyl transfer prints are ideal for hard to reach areas like caps, on seams, or other non-flat surfaces.
